Q: When will my order ship and do you ship internationally?

A: Fabulousness can cross borders! Orders are generally processed within 3 days after placement. You will receive an email with tracking information after fulfillment. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.


*Spoiler Alert- Unfortunately some places have limitations. Please be aware of any shipping/import restrictions regarding your country. international shipments will have a signature that’s required by the carrier. We may require first-time confirmations before an order gets sent out.


Q: Why should I purchase from Queer in Common?

A: So glad you asked! shopping here furthers our social purpose to represent an underserved population. Everyone should be able to experience our products without barriers such as cost or quantity besides we aren’t greedy heauxs😊. Self identification within the LGBTQIA+ community isn't required to enjoy our awesome soaps.


Q: What the heck?! I can’t pronounce some of the ingredients... Are they safe to use?

A: Rest assured, all of our ingredients are skin safe and sustainable. The names appear a little funky because we listed the INCI names (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient). These long systematic names are internationally recognized to identify common cosmetic ingredients. Check this out: CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE is derived from coconuts combined with glycerin. That ingredient is found in many beauty products… but really it’s just fancy coconut oil.


Q: Are these products natural or tested on animals?

A: We do our best to choose natural or simple ingredients over synthetics. Each soap is always cruelty free as we never test on animals. Soap colors come from a natural mica powder with added pigment to give color vibrancy. Some soaps are naturally colored and unscented as specified within it’s description. Our products are proudly handmade and packaged in Washington State.


Q: Can your products be used on all skin types?

A: All products are for external use only and safe for most skin types. Avoid contact with eyes and stop use if irritation develops. Please consult your physician with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.


Q: What’s the best storage temperature for your products?

A: We recommend storing products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Some products are safe to leave on the shower or tub with the cap closed to prevent spills.


Q: What methods of payment are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay can be accepted via this e-commerce site. In person purchases can be made via debit/credit, cash, Venmo, Paypal and Cashapp.


Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A: Yes of course! for cancellations, please contact info@queerincommon.com. Please note: after your fulfillment email is received the order cannot be altered.


Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?

A: You can be confident you’ve made the right choice for your personal care needs! If you’re not totally satisfied with our products within 30 days of purchase, Please contact us at info@queerincommon.com. After providing your order number and product(s) in question we’ll be happy to further assist.

    Direct communication is required for approval before any full/partial refunds or exchanges are issued.

Missing/Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. Photo proof of damaged products will be requested to improve customer fulfillment.

Return To Sender/Refused Delivery

Packages that are returned to sender or refused are subject to a fee deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds

Confirmation emails and the original form of payment will be required during the refund process. Funds should reflect on your method of payment between 2-10 Business days dependent upon on your financial institution. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Queer In Common LLC.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your financial institution to track the status.
